The fully equipped gymnasium offers everything you’ll need for a great workout, with fitness instructors on hand to give you any help you might need. Or, if you prefer something more relaxing, then the wet area, comprising a 15-metre heated indoor swimming pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna may be just the place for you. For further pampering and indulgence you could visit Pampered and Polished.

Christmas Day & Boxing Day – Closed
27th December – 8am until 7pm

New Year’s Eve – 8am until 4pm
New Year’s Day – Closed
Opening hours
Monday – Thursday 6.30am – 9pm
Friday – 6.30am – 8pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am – 8pm
Bank Holidays: 8am - 8pm

Children’s Policy: Children under the age of 16 have to be with adult supervision and can only use the swimming facilities at the times stated.
