Staff Updates
Hi everyone,
Been a while since I put an update on here, we recently had our Celebrate Service Week which mainly involved food but everyone seemed to enjoy it :-).
There have been quite a few incentive coins earned, 320 to be exact, mainly for name mentions so well done to everyone for those, your managers have been sent an up to date list of how many coins have been achieved in total and by each individual.
We have had some new starts join our team over the last few weeks in Iron Pit Woods, housekeeping and reception and they each received the new employee welcome pack :-).
Since April 2024 casual holidays are now accrued at 12.07% of hours worked, your manager will have your entitlement accrued if you want to book any holiday.
An update to the employee handbook has been issued to us and will be distibuted to staff shortly :-) please give it a read and ask if you have any questions.

Team Member Incentive Programme
Dog Policy - Currently being revised but at present dogs are allowed to walk through the lobby to the guest room booked. Outside areas also available for dogs (which must be kept under control of owner). New revision will include dog friendly area of the lobby but that is not yet finalised.
