Staff Updates
IHG have launched the new IHG One Pass - this is your staff rate and gives you the ability to set your account up, invite a plus one and also share special friends and family information. To learn more, access merlin, search IHG One Pass and click on IHG One Pass (with iniatives below) - the first link. To access your own IHG One Pass, follow the same process and click the second link (with application below).
IMPORTANT - If you want to have a plus one and share your benefit with them, or if you want to share friends and family benefits, whoever you want to share it with needs to have an IHG One Rewards account, if they don't you cannot share the benefits.

Team Member Incentive Programme
Dog Policy - Currently being revised but at present dogs are allowed to walk through the lobby to the guest room booked. Outside areas also available for dogs (which must be kept under control of owner). New revision will include dog friendly area of the lobby but that is not yet finalised.
